I ordered the chocolate chip cookies with a bow tie and added a personalized sticker. I was a little scared of how the cookies would arrive, but they were all in pristine condition, no crumbles or damaged cookies. On top, the presentation with the bow and the added sticker were very nicely done and well received by the recipients of the cookies.

This is our first time using Incredible Cookie. The cookies were delicious and everyone at our conference enjoyed them. However, the colors on the sticker were not accurate. Because of this, we will not likely use your service again. Branding / color matching is important to us.
