I ordered 80 individually wrapped cookies with a school logo for 8th grade continuation. The cookies looked great and the customer service was excellent. Several cookies in my order were broken upon arrival. I reached out to the company and they sent replacement cookies immediately. I will absolutely order from Incredible Cookies again.

The cookies were delicious. The picture came out great. What was most impressive was that I could order them months in advance with a scheduled delivery date and they arrived fresh and in time for my event.

Cookies arrived very quickly and the personalized printing looks great. We have not eaten them yet, but we are very happy with the service. Only problem, 3 arrived cracked. I think the shipping package needs to be more sturdy and better insulated. Otherwise, 4-5 stars! Thank you!

I love the size and taste of it but it came with 4 broken cookies. The print quality is blurry but overall it’s alright

I ordered a dozen round cookies for my son's college senior jazz recital and everyone loved them! I used a photo that was screenshot from a video and it looked really great. So happy with how they turned out, highly recommend!
