I was not happy with the way my sister’s cookies came out for her engagement party. They do not resemble a product from a well established company such as yourself…it is as though someone made a rough draft by the way the picture quality came out on the cookie (not centered the way I set it up, the color quality was faded, portions of the photo was cropped that did not appeared cropped when I submitted the photo). Also, there were dents made in some of the cookies.
