Ingredients:enriched wheat flour (wheat, barley, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, chocolate chunks (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla, salt), brown sugar, vegetable oil blend (palm fruit, soybean and olive oils, water, salt, non-fat milk, mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, potassium sorbate as a preservative, natural and artificial flavor, vitamin A palmitate, beta carotene color), butter, eggs, invert sugar, soy flour, salt, baking soda, natural vanilla flavor.

Some of products may contain nuts. Our ingredients are listed in the product description and are included in the back of our individually wrapped cookies. All our products are processed in a facility that also processes nuts.

No, our cookies are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Yes, we can! Finish checking out with your total qty using your main address. Download the Multiple Shipment Form and email it back to us filled out, to Sales@IncredibleCookies.com. We'll update your additional shipping fees and reconfirm the order!

We ship nation wide!

We ship our freshly made cookies 1-2 days after ordering, (as long as we receive the order by 2pm EST).

We use bubble wrap and fill the box safely and surely to ensure your cookies don’t break in transit. And if they do, no worries! Send us a picture of the broken cookies to Sales@IncredibleCookies.com and we’ll reach out for a reprint, refund or future store credit!

After picking your Cookie/Shape, upload your logo (we accept JPEG & PNG, 300 DPI is best)- You can click on it and adjust it any way you want! As you adjust, it’ll show you how it looks so you can rest assured.

Pick your packaging (all our cookies are already individually wrapped & sealed), Add Qty, do a final Check (don’t forget a gift message!) & head to check out.

Add your address & your shipping options will pop up. (If you need it later, you can always use our Future Delivery Date Option) and if you need to ship to multiple locations – we’ve got you covered! Just download the Multiple Shipment Form and email it back to us filled out, to Sales@IncredibleCookies.com. We'll update your additional shipping fees and reconfirm the order!

After fully checking out, you will get your confirmation summary and shortly after you’ll get your confirmation email showing off your beautiful cookies!

Yes, there is! There is a minimum of 12 cookies per design and 12 cookies per shipping location if you are doing a Multiple Location order.
However, we do offer samples! Simply click on the cookie you’re interested in, upload your artwork, add 1 as QTY, and checkout!

Yes, we do! With our great Tier Pricing, we give you the best pricing around. The more you order, the more you save! Prices shown next to product.

We have an amazing turn around time with 1-2 days after receiving the order (Before 2pm EST) and offer multiple shipment options with our FedEx partner. We do get 25,000 pc orders sometimes and would really appreciate all the notice we can get so it doesn’t impact our logistics. We always suggest ordering as early as possible with our Future Delivery option- its stress-free planning!

As long as the cookies are not already printed, we can cancel the order and refund you or offer future store credit. And if you just need to adjust the date- no worries! We can move it as far as you need.

Yes, we do! Just input our address, 1017 Route 46, Ledgewood, NJ, 07852 during check out and a pick-up option will show. We’ll have it ready for you when you need it! No shipping fee!

Yes, you can! Customize your cookie, after checking off “Final Check”, check off “Want to Add a Gift Message”, & add your message. We’ll print it on standard paper with any kind of message you want. We’ll add it to the shipping box. All included in the price!

Yes, we do! Please email us with your tax-exempt form at Sales@IncredibleCookies.com so we can create your profile, and all orders will go through as tax exempt.
