I ordered these cookies for an onsite with a customer last minute on a Wednesday evening. The customer meeting was Monday & Tuesday the following week. I paid for express shipping. The cookies arrived to my hotel Monday at 9:00am! I was so grateful they arrived on time and they looked adorable! Only 2 out of the box of 100 were broken. Then I wasn't sure the taste would be very good, but everyone raved about them, not too sweet, the perfect sugar cookie treat to kick-off our afternoon sessions. I would definitely use this company again.

Glad I found this company for my husband’s birthday 🥳 cookies. His caricature looked fun, order arrived on time, and the cookies were delicious. My only improvement would be to make them a bit bigger, print the ink darker, and pack so no cookies are broken. A few were broken, but they did send extras so it was all good!
