The cookies arrived without the ribbons, so I emailed customer service—not to request anything, but just to make them aware. One of the owners called me immediately and went above and beyond, sending an additional order with the ribbons intact. I didn’t expect anything or need a replacement, but my family was happy since they love the cookies. Great product, outstanding customer service, and a company that truly stands by its product. I’ll definitely order from them again!
