I recently ordered from Incredible Cookies hoping to add a special touch to an event scheduled for 8/17/24. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite paying for delivery on 8/16/24, the cookies arrived belatedly on 8/19/24, causing significant inconvenience as I had to scramble for an alternative solution for the event. To add to the disappointment, a few of the cookies were delivered broken and melted, which greatly detracted from the originally promised presentation and quality.
Upon recognizing the delivery delay and the state of the cookies, I reached out to Incredible Cookies. They initially assured me they would contact me on the 19th and investigate the shipping error with FedEx. However, no follow-up communication or resolution was provided by the vendor, leaving me without any form of compensation such as a refund or partial refund.
On a positive note, the packaging was aesthetically pleasing, and the taste quality of the cookie I sampled from the broken pieces met the flavor expectations set by their advertising. Unfortunately, the lack of timely delivery and response from customer service overshadowed these positive aspects. Consequently, I was left with a box of cookies well past their intended purpose and with the financial inconvenience unresolved.
