I needed these cookies for an event only 3 days away. I paid for the expedited shipping and honestly assumed they would be really cute, but not taste great. They arrived in the timeframe promised, but unfortunately, they did not look the way I expected and looked a little blurry even. I emailed the company, not really expecting to hear back for days and even then, assumed it would be a sorry, nothing we can do . The event was the next day and I was so disappointed as these were a surprise for my daughter defending her thesis. I was shocked when someone actually called me within just a couple of hours of my email and offered to make it right by remaking the 50 cookies immediately. He asked when I needed them and when I explained the event was the next day he literally offered to drive them to my house. I got lucky in that I was driving distance from the company - didn't even realize that when I purchased, but the nicest man hand delivered 50 beautiful cookies that evening after work hours. I do not know how far he drove, but the company is not around the corner from me. They looked AND tasted great and were such a hit at the party. Truly an A+ experience and would recommend happily to anyone looking for a product like this. They truly went above and beyond to make it right and deliver on time. Be sure to send in as high quality of an image as you can for your sake and theirs. Great experience with this company!
