Would have been 5 stars but some cookies arrived broken. They were great in replacing and sending out in time, but the replacement ones were dull in color and clarity. It was as if they printed them from a copy of a copy.

I ordered these for a memorial service for our 100 year old great grandma and ordered them to arrive with time. However, they didn't arrive in time and we didn't have them for the service. Such a disappointment!
We shipped these out to you on Jan 20th for your future ship date of the 23rd. There was a delay with Fed Ex. As stated on our website we are not responsible for transportation delays caused by the shipping carrier. We ship based on the expected delivery date published at the time of shipment. We reached out to our support team at Fed Ex as soon as you notified us of a problem. At that time we found out that you had requested them change the shipping address which further delayed your package. Then we were contacted after your event that you needed extra cookies to hand out and we agreed to make an exception and go against our minimum quantity policy. We go above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied.
