Great, and exactly as advertised!

Hello, we did a pretty quick turn around of about a week. Your company did a great job of creating the cookies and shipping them exactly when expected.

Although they were wrapped in bubble wrap inside the box, then the box was wrapped in bubble wrap inside the next box, approximately 4 cookies had minor cracks in them and 3 cookies were broken. The cookies were very tasty, I would order from them again.

I ordered 35 cookies for my twin daughters' birthday favor. They arrived on time. However, 30 out of 35 were all broken. I was so shocked. I emailed to the company immediately, then the service team replied to me right away. I sent the broken cookies' pictures as I was asked. Then, the company emailed to me right away "We will replace your order right now, arriving there (Honolulu) in two days".
The shipment arrived exactly the day they promised, two days before the party, and 35 cookies were all perfect shape.
The service is great!!
We didn't expect so much, but Cookies tasted very good!!
I'll strongly recommend this company
