Needed cookies ASAP for my baby shower and these cookies came fast, well packaged and the design was perfectly on point! Everyone loved the fact that I had our theme through the event even on our cookies that were almost too cute to eat! I really recommend for your event I got 26ct thinking it was a lot but no one left without taking this cookie home.

I ordered a pack of cookies for our 10-year work anniversary celebration, and they were perfect! They arrived right on time, were fresh and delicious, and our team loved them — such a nice touch for the occasion.
Before placing my order, I was a little concerned about delivery timing. I noted that I’d prefer to receive them on Monday instead of Wednesday, just to give me extra time in case there were delays. Shortly after, an employee called me to explain that shipping for a Monday delivery would mean the cookies would have to be sent the previous Thursday, sitting in a warehouse all weekend, which could affect freshness.
I appreciated the attention to detail and the care they took to make sure the cookies were as fresh and high-quality as possible. Their service and thoughtfulness made the celebration even sweeter!

When the cookies arrived, they looked exactly like the design I had submitted and even exceeded my expectations in terms of detail and taste. Unfortunately, a portion of the cookies arrived broken due to shipping, which is no fault of the company. I reached out regarding the issue, and they graciously refunded me for the damaged cookies without any hassle.

Based on this experience, I would recommend ordering extra cookies to account for any possible breakage during transit. Despite this minor setback, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again—the quality, taste, and outstanding customer service make it well worth it!

The cookies look ok but the black part of the logo came out looking more purple and 4 of the cookies are cracked beyond use. Too expensive for how they came out.

I threw together a last minute order on Tuesday night. Had a call with the store on Wednesday morning as I messed the order up. They fixed it, made the cookies and shipped with 1 day shipping and I received them today. They are beautiful , exactly what I envisioned and I order more so I just tasted one just now and delicious! I think we were expecting the print to be more vibrant. The overall design is somewhat blurry and many of the cookies are off centered and the wording is cut off the cookie. They definitely aren’t as crisp looking as we hoped. They are packaged well, however.
