Unfortunately, a portion of the cookies arrived broken due to shipping, which is no fault of the company. I reached out regarding the issue, and they graciously refunded me for the damaged cookies without any hassle.
Based on this experience, I would recommend ordering extra cookies to account for any possible breakage during transit. Despite this minor setback, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again—the quality, taste, and outstanding customer service make it well worth it!
