I ordered a pack of cookies for our 10-year work anniversary celebration, and they were perfect! They arrived right on time, were fresh and delicious, and our team loved them — such a nice touch for the occasion.
Before placing my order, I was a little concerned about delivery timing. I noted that I’d prefer to receive them on Monday instead of Wednesday, just to give me extra time in case there were delays. Shortly after, an employee called me to explain that shipping for a Monday delivery would mean the cookies would have to be sent the previous Thursday, sitting in a warehouse all weekend, which could affect freshness.
I appreciated the attention to detail and the care they took to make sure the cookies were as fresh and high-quality as possible. Their service and thoughtfulness made the celebration even sweeter!
