I recently purchased some cookies for a surprise event. Beth or her surrogate were kind to design what I needed over the phone. They were rushed, arrived on time and were a big hit! I ordered another batch for a 50th anniversary party. Unfortunately, I made an error on the shipping time and learned a few days later that they would not arrive on time. I sent an email and called the office after hours to see what I could do. Mr Mandell, the owner was kind to help me sort everything out within an hour with the cookies scheduled to arrive in time for the party. I was quite surprised by the phone call and one-on-one customer service. I will certainly order again.

The cookies tasted amazing, but the image was not the best quality for the price.
I would recommend and use again though!

I was very disappointed with how these cookies look. The print was discolored with some cookies having the words blurred. At this point I could never recommend these to anyone hoping for a professional looking product.
