This was the second time i’ve order a massive order. Once I placed my order, I recieved a call to confirm details and date I needed them by. Because it wad such a big order we talked through delivery for the freshes product while still arriving on time and unharmed from shipping. Top notch guest expirence and customer service. Cookies were perfect with the image, packaging and taste! Recieved a call post delivery to follow up and make sure I was happy with everything. I had failed to timely order the cookies my daughter requested for her gender reveal, so I was forced to rely on these speedy sweets. Let me tell you...I was terrified of upsetting The Hormonal One; however, these printed up beautifully, they tasted delicious, and all of them arrived in tact! No broken cookies! We ordered two dozen and all of them were eaten. I cannot express how pleased I am. I thought I had failed my daughter, but Incredible Cookies saved me! So...was it boots or bows? Bows :)
