I’ve ordered from Incredible Cookie before and have always been very satisfied. This time, I ordered the mini chocolate chip cookies with a ribbon and personalized sticker. The cookies arrived without the ribbons, so I emailed customer service—not to request anything, but just to make them aware. One of the owners called me immediately and went above and beyond, sending an additional order with the ribbons intact. I didn’t expect anything or need a replacement, but my family was happy since they love the cookies. Great product, outstanding customer service, and a company that truly stands by its product. I’ll definitely order from them again!

These cookies were pretty, arrived on time even a bit sooner, well packaged, chocolate chips in the August heat, arrived in perfect condition. We had these at my parents’ 50th anniversary party and they were perfect! They looked awesome, and were super tasty. I had ordered some extra just in case any broke during shipping - but that was not needed! They were packed perfectly and not a single one broke. Three weeks ago I had brain surgery that went very, very well and I wanted to send a thank you gift to the doctors and nurses at NY Presbyterian hospital. I loved that Incredible Cookies has a wide variety of flavors of cookies and stickers to choose from. I chose the chocolate chip flavor and the hospital sticker “Thanks for all you do” which has a colorful picture of a nurses hat, doctors stethoscope and a big red heart. I loved that the sticker could be personalized. I chose to put my name on the sticker so the hospital staff would know the cookies were from me instead of just having the cookies sitting in a big box at the hospital receptionist desk and the hospital staff not knowing who sent them. I also loved that the cookies come individually wrapped as well. Your staff member BETH was wonderful while speaking to me over the phone about my order. She was very kind when she had left me a voice message about the original price of my order being less due to a slight error and stated I would be receiving a refund because of the error. After leaving me the message Beth went above and beyond and left her private cellphone number for me to call her if I had any questions. Which I did since I put the wrong area name of the building location at the hospital which needed to be corrected which Beth happily did for me. After speaking with Beth, I called her again since I decided I wanted to send another order of cookies to more of the hospital staff in another area of the building which Beth was happy to help me do. Beth was very helpful with my orders and a joy to speak with about my brain surgery. Beth is a very sweet and kind person!! I also liked that Incredible Cookies sent me emails with the staus of the delivery times. After I received the “delivered “ email, I called the hospital patient supervisor and was told that both of my orders of cookies arrived safely and all the doctors and nurses LOVED the cookies and said they were fresh and DELICIOUS!! Thank you Incredible Cookies for your wonderful products and I definitely will be purchasing them again in the future. I’ve been telling my family and friends all about your WONDERFUL cookies!!
