Our initial order had 5 cookies that were badly broken. I sent a picture of them to the email provided. One day later I receive a call from a very nice lady, “that I wish I could remember her name” stating that they were sorry that happened and would replace the 5 cookies. They were very concerned and wanted to make sure our order was whole. We received the replacement cookies a few days later with 10 cookies for replacement. This is a very good company with great customer care, I will be using them for any event we have and recommending to everyone.

The cookies look great, and they are also delicious, which is just as important. I love that they are individually packaged AND they have the ingredient list on the wrapper. Will definitely order again.
