Our cookies were very tasty and great looking! The logo and tagline came out looking fantastic! Will definitely use them again. The only downside was about a dozen cookies were broken in transport, but certainly not their fault!

The cookies were delicious and beautiful, but the icing on the "cookie" was the quick turn around on the order and the professionalism and hospitable service provided from the very first phone call. Will definitely do business with Incredible Cookies, again!

Everyone at Incredible Cookies made the order/shipping process seamless. I highly recommend them for personalized items! The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because on our multi-shipment order, the person to receive the items was under my name and most of the places they were sent to do not know me under the company. I received many phone calls trying to figure out who and what I sent. This was easily resolved, and they enjoyed the cookies at the end of the day!

I received my box of custom cookies. The print looked great but I was bothered to see so many cookies didn't make it safely through transit. We had 6 broken cookies that we were unable to use.
