Design Your Own - Personalized Direct Print On Round Sugar Cookie

This is the second time we've ordered these for our annual corporate awards dinner. Last year, they were deliciois for cookies bought in bulk, but MANY of them were broken. I had zero help with getting a refund on any last year, which was very offputting. We decided to give them a second chance because the guests did like the way they tasted, and I have to say their packaging improved by leaps and bounds. Much more appropriately packed with care, not a single cookie was broken. Although I feel they dont have the safety net of helpful customer service, this time our order was great and hopefully it continues that way.

While the logo was great, the cookie was a little hard and I worry it will be stale before the expiration date.

My cookies turned out perfectly!! The image was just how I pictured it and my son loved them! The cookies them selves are really yummy too. I will definitely order again!

Ordered (3) different photo/logo cookies and they came out perfect! Well packaged and only lost 1 cookie (broken) upon arrival. Which I called my “taste tester” and they didn’t disappoint at all!!

We got 2 dozen cookies for a celebration of life. They came exactly as ordered, sealed and delivered on time. None of them were broken and they tasted good!

I used Incredible Cookies for a client luncheon, as a thank you. The cookies were very good and the company logo/ image I gave them looked great. It was easy to order online and they sent extra cookies to account for breakage. That was great because we did have some cookies break in route. We had plenty, though, because of the extras they sent. I would use them again for sure.

Staff (especially Debbie) are responsive & professional. The design for the cookie came out perfectly & shipped very quickly. Thank you Incredible Cookies[

Aside from these cookies being beautiful and tasty, Debbie and her team went above and beyond to save the day. When UPS did not deliver the cookies, she remade them and delivered them herself just in time for the event!

The cookies are the driest I've ever eaten, and the image I sent for the custom design was a bold, bright orange and what we got back was faded to a soft peach color. Hugely disappointing, especially for the cost. Won't order again.

I placed a large order of cookies for an anniversary celebration. The cookies arrived right on time; they were exactly what I envisioned design-wise and pretty tasty. All in all, I am delighted with them.

We gave everyone in our office a special treat for the launch of our new promotion. It was a nice treat and everyone said they were absolutely delicious! Some of the ink smeared a little on some cookies, but they still looked fantastic and tasted great.
