Good flavor but 5 of our cookies came broken.
We apologize that 5 of your cookies were broken during transit. We are surprised that you did not let us know! As you know from last May when you had the same order, we were happy to give you a refund. Every order is inspected before it leaves our facility, but unfortunately, there are rare instances where damage can occur during transit despite our best efforts.

The cookies arrived in good shape. The printing however was not great. The color is not as bright as expected and bleeds in certain places. The cookie tastes pretty good.
