(I sent this email the day I received the cookies, yet I received no response from your company.) The cookies I ordered for my grandson's graduation party arrived today, and I must say for the price I paid I am extremely disappointed. The stars are barely visible, the black mortar board is more dark gray than black, and most importantly, many of the designs weren't even centered on the cookie--shifted left or right but not centered. Having paid more than $3 per cookie, I was certainly expecting more. Your photos on the website make the cookie appear to have a glossy finish and the design is precision crisp and clear. Sadly, that is not the product I received--dull finish and details barely visible.
I always give companies I order from a prompt and positive review, but I don't feel able to offer that. Several friends were about to order on my recommendation, but I have called them today to tell them to rethink their orders until they see my cookies.
