The cookies came out perfect. The photo on the cookies were very clear and they came centered and not sloppy. I ordered them and the cookies came in two packages with bubble wrap so it prevented the cookies from breaking. My overall experience was a 10/10.

Tried another brand that was advertised, and we got a simple label, stuck to the outside of the plastic and according to my attendee, the cookie was so so. When I ordered from this group not only was the logo and printed on the cookie, but I got feedback from the attendees at the cookies were so good. They were looking for a second one. The cookies looked beautiful via the proof we received. However they were shipped and arrived at the resort (and signed for), but were never located. The customer service for Incredible is very responsive and prompt, so would likely order again. Such a bummer our team wasn't able to enjoy.
Hello, I have looked into your order and see that it arrived on time and sign for by C.Biaze. We only ship by Fedex and have never used USPS for our shipping methods. Your order was placed on Thursday, 1/2/25 and shipped out quickly the next day, Friday 1/3/25 by FedEx 2nd day air. It arrived to the destination on Tuesday 1/7/25 at 1:29pm which was 2 business days.
