I’ve ordered from Incredible Cookie before and have always been very satisfied. This time, I ordered the mini chocolate chip cookies with a ribbon and personalized sticker. The cookies arrived without the ribbons, so I emailed customer service—not to request anything, but just to make them aware. One of the owners called me immediately and went above and beyond, sending an additional order with the ribbons intact. I didn’t expect anything or need a replacement, but my family was happy since they love the cookies. Great product, outstanding customer service, and a company that truly stands by its product. I’ll definitely order from them again!

Great company if you want to customize for a special occasion and make a statement! These cookies were pretty, arrived on time even a bit sooner, well packaged, chocolate chips in the August heat, arrived in perfect condition. The cookies made the bride and family smile and were reportedly DELICIOUS!
