The sample I got was fabulous and arrived quickly. The cookie has the perfect snap when you bite into it. For those reviewers who said these are hard as a rock, that is nonsense, the texture is just right. (if you're looking for soft baked, this isn't the cookie for you (and it's doubtful a logo could be successfully printed on soft-baked, so pls use some common sense, folks). I got a round cookie and I LOVE that the imprint area goes right to the edge (not usually the case with custom logo items). Also, the option to have them in a bag with a bow is perfect. I could not be happier and will be placing a larger order soon. Thank you so much!
