Purchased photo cookies of an older gentleman from our Catholic parish, for use at his funeral luncheon. The photo showed this man on his tractor - a classic picture of him. The family was surprised and delighted. Very happy with the turnaround time, quality of delivery (not a single broken cookie) and delicious cookie.

The picture on the cookies came out clear and as represented by examples on the website. Lettering was clearly legible. Shipping was very fast, they came well packaged, and arrived undamaged. They’re tasty to boot.

The purchase, packaging and delivery of this were great. However, I ordered cookies that were supposed to have a black background and the cookie came out purple/gray at best. Otherwise good product.

We ordered cookies for our parents 60th wedding anniversary as a favor. They came within 3 days, not one was broken they were beautiful. They were a big hit at the party!

I was very pleased with the cookies. The image I uploaded came out great on the cookies! Unfortunately, UPS must have handled the original shipment roughly, because 17 of the 100 cookies arrived damaged. Beth responded immediately and shipped replacements, which should have arrived on time, but once again, UPS failed to deliver within the promised timeframe. Once again, Beth took immediate action and shipped more replacement cookies to the location of my event via next day air. They arrived on time and undamaged. I would highly recommend Incredible Cookies for your event!

Cookies with my parents' wedding photo on them turned out great. They also arrived on time. Additionally I got a phone call from a real person (!) after I placed my order because of an error I made in the ordering process. A representative called to ask me for clarification, which I really appreciated. I ended up giving all of the cookies out to guests at the party so unfortunately didn't get to try one myself but the reports I got were that they tasted good. I would definitely recommend Incredible Cookies!

These cookies are terrible. Extremely hard to bite into zero frosting. Will never order from here again.

Called about shipping and they offered next day and true to their word, shipped on time and saved the day. Packed beautifully ad one 1 in 80 broke.
