Ordering through Incredible Cookies was easy and efficient. I was able to upload my logo without any issues and got to choose the best shipping date for my needs. I like the flexibility of ordering and shipping - the cookies arrived the DAY I requested them to, which I didn't expect! They all came perfect, no breaks, all individually packaged and lined up in the box. I love that there were multiple "fragile" stickers on the packaging, as well.

It was such an easy process to order customized cookies from Incredible Cookies. The quality of the cookies that arrived is fantastic, and I have been very pleased with the entire process. I had to contact Customer Service regarding my image upload, and they handled everything beautifully. I will definitely order from them again for an event.

Our initial order had 5 cookies that were badly broken. I sent a picture of them to the email provided. One day later I receive a call from a very nice lady, “that I wish I could remember her name” stating that they were sorry that happened and would replace the 5 cookies. They were very concerned and wanted to make sure our order was whole. We received the replacement cookies a few days later with 10 cookies for replacement. This is a very good company with great customer care, I will be using them for any event we have and recommending to everyone.
